As we guarantee 30 day return policy for T code items and 14 days for TS code Tahitian pearl strands, we are sure our products are of the highest quality. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise our pearls will happily meet your expectations. However if for any reason you will decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 30 days (14 for TS items) of delivery in as-new condition for a full and prompt refund (shipping and handling charges are Not refundable).
