items are packaged in beautiful gift boxes and shipped within 24 hours
via Free USPS Insured 2-3 days Priority Shipping. US Express Overnight
is available for a small fee. We ship within the Continental US. We proudly

tracking system: Your
jewelry will be on its way and your order will be quickly confirmed via
email along with your Priority or Overnight Express Mail tracking # -
FedEx will be used sometimes due to ZIP codes. Signature
will be required at delivery for all packages. You will be able
to check on the status of your package anytime by entering your assigned
tracking # on the Fed-Ex or US Post Office logos below:

we guarantee 30 day return policy for T
code items and 14 days for TS
code Tahitian pearl strands, we are sure our products are of the highest
quality. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise our pearls
will happily meet your expectations. However if for any reason you will
decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 30 days
(14 for TS items) of delivery in as-new condition for a full and prompt
refund (shipping and handling charges are Not refundable). Please follow
procedure: in order to process your return request we require that you contact

to receive your
Return Merchandise Authorization # before you return the item.
Returned items without an RMA# will not be processed!
Upon receipt of your RMA#, send the item in as-new
